Required Skills: •Lead Electrical Engineer, Hardware Design - Bothell, WA •Lead hands-on electronics design for battery-powered Sonicare products, taking project-level hardware from concept through industrialization and production readiness. •Own project-level electronics design for Sonicare products as a hands-on technical lead, making sound hardware design decisions independently while partnering with hardware architects on platform direction. •Design schematics, guide and review printed circuit board layouts, and resolve cross-disciplinary hardware design issues in partnership with firmware, mechanical, verification, industrialization, procurement, suppliers, and central layout teams, with flexibility to collaborate across global sites and time zones. •Help turn designs into reliable high-volume products by applying design for manufacturing and design for test, supporting automated functional test, analyzing production data to identify quality-critical trends before they become production issues, and working with suppliers during industrialization. •You’ll deepen your leadership in battery-powered, connected, motorized consumer healthcare products, with about 10% international travel, mainly to Asia and Europe, to collaborate with global colleagues, suppliers, and partners. •You're The Right Fit If •You’ve acquired 7+ years of hands-on electronics hardware design experience, with ownership of battery-powered products in high-volume consumer, regulated healthcare, connected, or motorized device environments. Qualifications: •You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
