Qualifications: •Land the remaining SAP Business By Design master and transaction data — procure to pay, order to cash, etc…— through the established bronze → silver → gold pattern. •Integrate other Enterprise data sources (Concur travel & expense, ADP HR/Payroll, KPA LMS & Safety, PEX corporate cards, Pilot fuel cards, Oil & Gas ZEDI SCADA, etc… ). •Extend the proven SCADA medallion pattern to oil and gas field telemetry, including tag inventory, sensor validation, and gold-layer daily metrics by well and equipment. •Complete ingestion of the remaining SAP code lists so coded fields decode reliably; approximately half are landed today. •Build and maintain the reconciliations that make the data credible to Accounting and Finance: AP↔GL, AR↔GL, PO↔AP, labor↔project, card spend↔GL, and the full order-to-cash loop. •Extend the conformed dimensional model and the gold fact layer, applying appropriate slowly changing dimension treatment and a defined approach to historical state across four years of reporting history. •Partner with Accounting/Finance to complete a properly classified multi-level account hierarchy that supports balance sheet reporting. •Maintain and expand the governed metric view layer that fronts self-service and natural-language querying, and keep metric definitions consistent across domains. •Resolve known modeling debt, including redundant catalog estates, duplicate purchase order grains, and the treatment of contractors who appear in field service but not in the HR record. •Augment the legacy ERP reports that Finance, Operations, and the PMO run today — employee time, GL line items, material inventories, AP/AR aging, project purchase order monitoring, trial balance, and financial statements — on Databricks.
