Required Skills: •(10%) Lead the daily operations of the Consumer Loan Product and Strategy department. •(20%) Analyze and manage consumer lending products and portfolio performance. •(15%) Work with the Vice President of Consumer Loan Product and Strategy to develop and execute strategic initiatives. •(25%) Lead lending technology and system initiatives, including evaluating current technology, testing new systems and ongoing optimization. •(10%) Facilitate collaboration with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of lending initiatives, including leading lending forums and communicating product and policy updates. •(10%) Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements, streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness. •(10%) Ensure lending products, processes and initiatives comply with applicable regulations and internal polices while promoting continuous process improvement. •Seven years of consumer lending experience.
