Required Skills: •Provide compliance advice to Credit Risk Solutions and the Alternative Data business on applicable U.S. regulatory obligations, including FCRA and GLBA. •Partner with internal business clients during product development to identify regulatory requirements, assess compliance risks, and incorporate appropriate controls. •Support Regulatory Change Management by assessing the impact of new and changing laws and helping business teams develop and execute implementation action plans. •Support Issue Management by helping business teams identify control breaks that may cause harm to customers or consumers. •Assist with investigating the root cause of compliance issues and identifying corrective actions to remediate potential harm. •Track corrective action plans and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support timely and effective issue remediation. •Develop and maintain relevant compliance policies, guidance, and training materials. •Communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to business, product, legal, risk, technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the credit industry or financial services.
