Hiring: Lead Company: Enerpac Tool Group Location: Columbus, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:41:57 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly About the job Experience: •Strong knowledge of WMS system (Oracle) Required Skills: •Coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets •Investigate, identify, and reconcile the cycle count discrepancies, i.e., shortages as well as overages •Take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storage •Implement and maintain policies and procedures related to inventory control •Work in tandem with various departments and maintain flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals •Ensure that all the employees work towards achieving the objectives related to inventory control management and make suggestions for improvement to management staff •Authorize all adjustments for the warehouse made to the inventory •Provide direct supervision to the material handlers and spiders, including evaluating performance and giving direction Qualifications: •High School diploma or GED equivalent. •3+ years Distribution and Inventory/Warehousing experience •Previous experience in a leadership or frontline coaching role within manufacturing. •Diverse experience across multiple plant functions. •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive operational improvements. •Self-directed, proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and make informed decisions.
