Required Skills: •This is a senior, client ‑ facing position responsible for leading complex cloud implementations, supporting successful client outcomes on Pega Cloud, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Pega’s cloud delivery practices. •As a Lead, you will act as a trusted technical partner to clients, a go ‑ to escalation point within delivery teams, and a strong collaborator with Consulting, Cloud Advisory, and Client Success. Qualifications: •You are an experienced cloud delivery professional with strong technical skills and a client ‑ centric mindset. You communicate clearly, operate effectively in complex environments, and take ownership of outcomes. You bring sound judgment, collaborative instincts, and a commitment to quality delivery and client success. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. •Strong Pega platform knowledge is a huge plus with ideally a CLSA, or a CSSA •Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements. •Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders. •Strong problem ‑ solving skills and ability to operate under pressure. •Clear written and verbal communication skills. •Effective collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and apply new cloud capabilities and technologies. •High standards for quality, accountability, and client experience.
