Laser-focused on ensuring customer experience is measurable, visible, and continuously improved. •Hands on C++ Development in a low-latency environment •Work hands‑on with Collections squads to embed "Observability as a Practice" throughout the software development lifecycle. Support and encourage engineers to observe their software throughout Dev, Test, PPE and Prod. •Guide teams in building customer‑centric SLIs and insight dashboards that reflect timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and stability of market data. •Establish repeatable GitOps/API‑driven workflows for observability assets within build pipelines, ensuring consistent deployment and versioning. •Influence platform architecture and reliability decisions across Collections, ensuring observability considerations are baked into design early.
