Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced Property Tax Lead Analyst to join the corporate tax organization of a large, publicly traded manufacturing company with a nationwide and international operating footprint. •Manage multi-state real estate and business personal property tax compliance for a portfolio of complex properties. •Ensure accurate and timely filings while monitoring applicable state and local regulations and deadlines. •Research and pursue opportunities to reduce property tax liabilities. •Independently manage property tax valuation appeals, including complex jurisdictions and Texas. •Prepare and manage monthly property tax accruals, forecasts, and true-ups. •Analyze property tax data and prepare detailed reports using advanced Excel and property tax management systems. •Partner with plant operations, corporate accounting, external consultants, and taxing authorities on property tax matters.
