Required Skills: •Oracle HCM Cloud Process & Controls •Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud HCM applications. •Govern end-to-end HR processes across ORC, Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. •Translate HR policies and regulatory requirements into standardized workflows, approvals, eligibility rules, and effective-dated processing. •Ensure consistent execution and control integrity across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. •Assist in the design and performance of system testing for new functionality, patches, and upgrades. •Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel strategies. •Maintain Oracle Cloud HCM data structures/tables; research, analyze, and report, on data pertaining to Human Resources.
