Qualifications: •Strong technical background CNC Machining and programming •Diverse knowledge of manufacturing process and how they relate to one another •Demonstrated capacity to mentor guide individuals and related technical disciplines •Familiar with automated control type systems and logic associated with them. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Proven ability to plan, document, and execute technical programs or projects. •Demonstrated capacity to mentor others and work effectively across functions. •Demonstrates humility, transparency, focus, and collaborative leadership.
