The role combines strategic outreach with personalized client hiring support, ensuring job seekers from diverse backgrounds are matched with quality employment opportunities. •Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to identify job opportunities. •Conduct business development meetings, cold calling, and outreach activities, including attending events or job fairs, canvassing, and networking to expand employer partnerships. •Meet and exceed performance goals related to employer engagement, job placements, and client outcomes. •Track account activity, job leads, and placement outcomes using Salesforce and Excel.
