Hiring: LDAR Inventory Projects Technician Company: Alliance Technical Group Location: Port Arthur, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 10:33:01 Target Skills & Keywords : Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Understanding of EPA Method 21 including inspection techniques and instrument calibration •Demonstrated capacity to identify various process equipment •Accurately and completely perform administrative duties, including recordkeeping documentation and forms, submitting receipts, and completing daily timesheets •Become proficient in project field responsibilities including reviewing Pipe and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), flag process lines/equipment, affix physical component inventory tags, and accurately document component information required. •Demonstrated capacity to perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) of work and upholding set company standards •Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements related to project facility •Demonstrated capacity to functionally utilize, maintain, and troubleshoot project specific equipment including Toxic Vapor Analyzers (TVA’s), electronic data logging devices and computers •Reporting Open Ended Lines (OEL), Audible Visual and Olfactory (AVO) emissions, damage, or hazards to appropriate site-specific personnel Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. •Must pass all applicable safety training. •Complete the Transportation Working Identification Credential (TWIC) program followed by verification via a TWIC card. •Mechanical and hand tool knowledge; basic electrical/mechanical skills •Demonstrated capacity to perform data entry using Alliance software. •Demonstrated capacity to work in physically demanding field conditions, physical endurance. •Professional attitude and ability to learn. •Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively at heights; ability to operate lifts/sky jacks and other large equipment. •Awareness of personal and industrial safety requirements, particularly in relation to signs of heat stress, exhaustion, and emergency first aid •Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy.
