Hiring: LC/MS Analytical Chemist Company: Pace® Analytical Services Location: Cambridge, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:05:38 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •2-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting (GMP environment preferred) •4 years of experience in a laboratory setting (GMP environment preferred) Required Skills: •Hands-on bench work using the High-Resolution LC-MS. •Development of chromatographic methods (HPLC) and mass spectrometric based assays for identification, characterization, and impurity determination of siRNA •Develop strategies for impurity profiling of new development candidates and raw materials. •Author method development and qualification reports and SOP’s for test methods. •Evaluate suitability of new methods, and assist method qualification and validation. •Contribute data to lead candidate testing, stability sample monitoring, OOS/deviation investigation and regulatory filing. •Understand and apply advanced scientific principles, theories, concepts, practices and standards to process and analytical development. •Follow training to independently operate instruments and carry out routine and non-routine analyses Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field •Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills. •Able to handle multiple projects concurrently, self-motivated, and results driven •Proficiency in Office 365 and other software preferred •Find Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.
