Hiring: Launch Team Specialist Company: Chipr Home Solutions Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 07:41:14 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid About the job Required Skills: •Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for onboarding across D2D Dealer, D2D Internal, and MDU. •Build deep, credible working relationships with sales leadership across D2D Dealer, D2D Internal, and MDU, and partner closely with the Owner Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and provide accurate, regular reporting on onboarding status •Manage support tickets across D2D Dealer, D2D Internal, and MDU, and follow up with self-managing partners to verify completion of background checks, badging, and compliance requirements. •Shared Onboarding & Credentialing (across all Launch Team sales channels): •Support credentialing, background check tracking, and systems access provisioning as part of the team's shared, batched onboarding processes •Create user access and troubleshoot issues with critical systems (CRMs, order processing tools, etc.) •Partner cross-functionally with the Launch Team to continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and best practices •Other duties associated with the role and Launch Team functions Qualifications: •Master partner, dealer, and internal sales contract nuances, understanding specific service scopes across D2D Dealer, D2D Internal, and MDU to guide onboarding workflows accurately.
