Required Skills: •Drive 45+ NPI/new launch projects (solids and injectables) globally, leading a group of packaging engineers to meet Launch Project milestones on time, on budget and on quality (≥95% execution adherence). •Lead packaging design and development for New Product Launches (NPL), driving innovation and sustainability across the portfolio, with 100% of newly developed packaging assessed against the 3Ps framework (Patient, Planet, Performance). •Lead content and technical documentation standards for new product registrations (NCEs), ensuring filings meet global regulatory requirements and project timelines. •Provide technical packaging leadership and analysis to R&D, Regulatory, manufacturing sites for the registration of products worldwide, representing GDPU and M&S on Global Project Teams and CMC sub-teams. •Manage and develop the team responsible for launch packaging development.
