Required Skills: •Set up and operate laser scanners, laser trackers, and machine vision systems to inspect precision components. •Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection plans to determine correct measurement approach. •Collect, analyze, and report dimensional data; flag non-conformances and support root cause investigations. •Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment per established schedules and procedures. •Develop and refine inspection programs/routines for new parts and vision system fixtures. •Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve inspection processes. •Maintain accurate inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation. Qualifications: •3+ years of experience in dimensional inspection, metrology, or quality control in a manufacturing environment. •Applied hands-on capability in laser scanning, laser tracker, CMM, or machine vision inspection systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection plans. •Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) and metrology software. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup manufacturing environment with evolving processes. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a shop-floor/metrology lab setting with appropriate PPE. •ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or equivalent certification.
