Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:29:38 Employment Type: Remote About the job Experience: •Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret machine manuals, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation. •Work is performed primarily indoors at customer facilities but may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial environments. •Frequent travel and driving are required, typically using a personal vehicle or a company‑approved rental car; mileage or rental expenses are reimbursed by company policy. •Occasional overtime may be required. Required Skills: •Technicians travel Monday–Friday and typically return home by Friday evening. Travel is primarily regional but may include nationwide or occasional international assignments. We provide comprehensive training to help you build a successful long‑term career in the machinery and manufacturing technology industry. •Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues on Mitsubishi laser machinery. •Perform mechanical and electrical inspections, including dismantling, rebuilding, and system adjustments. •Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone when appropriate. •Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues, timelines, and repair outcomes. •Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams to support accurate analysis and repair. •Document service activities, findings, and resolutions with clarity and detail. •Accurately complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner. Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
