Required Skills: •Timmons Group is currently seeking a Landscape Designer II/III in our •Candidates should be passionate about the built environment, self-motivated, love design at all levels, and comfortable working in a collaborative studio culture. We have a sincere commitment to giving responsibility to our designers and providing opportunities for mentorship and career growth. •Design and Technical Production (80-90%) •Partner cross-functionally with project managers and team members on a variety of project types and scales. •Assist project teams with development of landscape plans through all phases of work including site inventory, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. •Prepare illustrative design plans and 3D renderings as needed. •Assist teams in preparing construction cost estimates. •Assist teams in preparing specifications.
