Qualifications: •Associate degree in engineering, engineering technology, biomedical technology, electronics, mechanical technology, laboratory science, or a related technical discipline. •Relevant experience supporting or managing an engineering, R&D, test, verification and validation, service, or regulated laboratory environment. •Demonstrated ability to coordinate people, equipment, materials, vendors, and competing priorities. •Solid functional working knowledge of equipment maintenance, calibration coordination, inventory control, workplace safety, and technical documentation. •Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated attention to detail and a consistent record of following issues through to completion. •Demonstrated capacity to work primarily on site in a hands-on laboratory environment. •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, biomedical engineering, operations, laboratory science, or a related field. •Five or more years of relevant laboratory, technical, engineering-support, or operations experience. •Previous experience supervising technicians or technical support personnel.
