This includes coordinating team involvement activities to drive “continuous quality improvement” processes. •Run Test Method Assessment to ensure test efficiency or if modifications are needed. •Acts as a co-contributor by giving input in employee evaluations as it pertains to employee safety and quality performance. •Management of Change. •New Equipment and existing equipment lists. •Stand Operating Procedures Development. Qualifications: •Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA requirements for Quality health and safety. •Demonstrated capacity to read, analyze, and interpret instructional and technical materials in relating to procedures, and safety; and applicable government regulations. •Write applicable reports and correspondence clearly. •Effectively present information and respond to questions from management and clients. •Demonstrated capacity to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. •Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats. •Operational familiarity with basic computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel. •Local travel and occasional out-of-town assignments are required. •Must be able to work in refineries, terminals, onboard marine vessels, and in a laboratory environment. •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
