Required Skills: •We are currently seeking a Laboratory Equipment Engineer to support design, maintenance definition, purchasing equipment, and general support of the labs at our Redmond test facility. •In our Redmond, WA, site (Seattle area), we fabricate, assemble, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small scale propulsion systems. Our products enable a wide variety of missions from the exploration of our solar system to global communication and the surveillance of severe weather and wild fires. •Design solutions to support vacuum systems used in the hot fire testing of rocket engines. •Coordinate purchase of equipment, components, and materials for equipment in the test facility. •Interface directly with EHS to ensure appropriate use of safety protocols and environmental requirements are met for all facility activities. •Coordinate activities with internal personnel as well as outside contractors to complete facility projects •Use and operate various computer systems to procure facility equipment. •Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the working team and those contacted in the course of work Compensation: •$70,500 - $130,500 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
