Required Skills: •Lead the lean operating strategy for Power enabling functions, including Finance, HR, DT, and Legal, aligned to Business Operations priorities, growth objectives, and efficiency targets. •Partner across Business Operations value streams, Power segment teams, and GE Vernova stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of Kaizen Promotion Office standards and the Lean Operating Method. •Own Lean Operating Method deployment across enabling functions by assessing baselines, identifying improvement opportunities, coaching leaders, and driving maturity across all required elements. •Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving to improve process effectiveness, execution discipline, and measurable performance outcomes. •Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, participation, reporting, and sustainment, including support for Leaders Driving Change and enterprise kaizen initiatives. •Deliver sustainable productivity through integrated value stream roadmaps, simplification of complex processes, waste reduction, lead-time improvement, and cross-functional alignment. •Champion innovative solutions, including automation and AI, to improve execution, scale best practices, and enable more efficient and effective processes. •Build an inclusive culture of continuous improvement aligned to the GE Vernova Way, with strong focus on EHS, quality, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
