Hiring: Knowledge Manager Company: Strategy Consulting Team, LLC Location: Washington, DC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 19:44:17 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Security Clearance, Zoom About the job Required Skills: •Assist DPRR in preparing and executing meetings, preparing After-Action Reports for meetings and events, and drafting official correspondence for Government review. •Develop, support, and facilitate knowledge and information management products related to DPRR. This shall include the documentation of key activities or events and producing knowledge products accordingly to facilitate continuity of operations. •Implement and administer a document management system (using the Government system) and related procedures that enables DPRR to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and administrative and communication products/materials. •Ensure that knowledge products meet DPRR correspondence management and branding standards. •Interface directly with team members to prepare deliverables, including project briefings, newsletter, study findings, reports, conclusions, and recommendations. Qualifications: •Minimum of seven years’ experience in communications, public affairs or public relations. •Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in either mass communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, health communications, knowledge management or journalism. •Minimum of three years’ experience working for the Government as either a Military member, federal employee or Government Contractor. •Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom. •Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. •Self-starter with demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities. •Demonstrated capacity to interact professionally with clients. •Exceptional written and oral communication skills. •May require the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. •U.S. Citizen (required by contract).
