Required Skills: •Accurately pick and kit materials for production orders while maintaining a target kit accuracy rate of 98% or higher. •Stage and organize materials in a logical, production-friendly manner to minimize assembly time and improve workflow efficiency. •Verify material quantities, part numbers, revisions, and documentation before releasing kits to production. •Identify, report, and escalate material shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns that could impact production schedules. •Maintain organized staging, storage, and kitting areas using 5S and visual management principles. •Partner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, and Warehouse personnel to prioritize urgent orders and resolve material-related issues. •Perform inventory transactions and material movements within ERP or warehouse management systems accurately and in a timely manner. •Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving inventory accuracy and material flow. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to accurately lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. •Basic computer skills and the ability to enter transactions into ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems. •Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of inventory and kit accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. •Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. •Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and material replenishment processes.
