This role is hybrid and does require in office days at the discretion of leadership. •Develops and executes effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, for a variety of shared services positions. •Builds strong relationships with Key Leader, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition team providing consultation and guidance throughout the recruitment process. •Establishes rapport with internal and external candidates to foster trust and engagement. •Creates and manages requisitions for open positions, ensuring timely approvals and tracking progress throughout the hiring process. •Posts and refreshes job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and the organization’s career site, and identifies new marketing opportunities to enhance visibility. •Screens applicants, conducts in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person, and evaluates candidates’ qualifications to determine fit for roles. •Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience. Qualifications: •H.S. Diploma or GED required •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred •Expertise in sourcing and recruiting, including passive candidate engagement and relationship building. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership. •Exhibits strong attention to detail •Proficiency in leveraging technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools. •Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies. •Problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve successful hiring outcomes. •Commitment to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
