Required Skills: •Support multiple key art projects across print, digital, social, and AV/trailer materials from brief and ideation through production and final delivery, serving as a reliable right hand to the Producer and Account Executive. •Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture clear, actionable notes. •Ingest, organize, and track incoming assets across all media types, acting as a custodian of files so they are clearly labeled, easily accessible, and ready for use by internal teams. •Input project assets, details, and feedback notes into project management tools and communicate updates to ensure all team members are aligned. •Check in with relevant teams to monitor progress and help ensure deadlines are met. •Prepare and send deliverables to clients and track incoming assets, requests, or feedback across print, digital, social, and AV channels. •Perform basic quality control checks on outgoing deliverables to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications (print specs, digital ad specs, social crop/aspect guides, AV frame rates) before delivery. •Communicate with other departments regarding project status, needs, and timing, and escalating issues to the Producer or Account Executive when appropriate. Qualifications: •1–2 years of experience in an entertainment advertising agency, production company, or related creative environment (internships included). •Operational familiarity with common entertainment, creative, and key art terminology across print, digital, social, and AV. •Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (email, MS Office, G-Suite, shared drives, project trackers); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or project management tools is a plus. •Demonstrated interest in key art or entertainment marketing, with a desire to grow into increased client-facing and project management responsibilities over time. •In addition to an excellent benefits package, Create provides well-stocked kitchens, a casual working environment, and has a thriving employee appreciation social calendar.
