This role focuses on software deployment, system integration, infrastructure support, and customer-facing technical activities within enterprise environments. •Deploy, configure, and upgrade software solutions in customer environments. •Design and recommend optimal system architectures and deployment models. •Provide technical support related to system integration, databases, licensing, and infrastructure. •Deliver administration and technical training to customers. •Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities. •Support pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements, including evaluations, proof of concepts, installations, and production support.
