Required Skills: •File, update, and report employee information in national security databases (DISS, NBIS) under the direction of the Security Manager or Sr. Security Specialist. •Process incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and corporate badging. •Assist with travel security briefings, VISA travel research, trip report completion, and status reports. •Support clearance investigation and reinvestigation processing, including data entry and status tracking. •Assist with Security Education and Training coordination, including scheduling, tracking completion, and maintaining records. •Maintain, sort, and compile security data for management reports, proposal support, and corporate data collection. •Support self-inspections and security assessments by gathering documentation and tracking findings. •Interface directly with government customers on issuance, renewal, return, and tracking of government-issued credentials. Qualifications: •Citizenship: Must be a US citizen •High School Diploma •Associate's degree or coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in Security , Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or a related field. •Completion of CDSE training courses (e.g., Insider Threat Awareness, Introduction to Industrial Security) or SFPC.
