Required Skills: •The Junior Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of federal government contracts, proposals, and corporate positions. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, capture managers, and business leaders to identify and attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. •The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience within a government contracting environment and is familiar with proposal recruiting, surge hiring, and supporting business development efforts. •Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding. •Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions. •Build and maintain talent pipelines. •Support proposal recruiting. •Partner with hiring managers. •Maintain ATS records. Qualifications: •Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a federal government contracting environment. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities. •Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •This position is based in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office.
