Required Skills: •Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Junior Records Management Specialist to support federal records inventories, lifecycle management, disposition, transfers, compliance activities, training and reporting. •The position is expected to be onsite in Southwest Washington, DC for the first two months of performance. Thereafter, the anticipated schedule is at least two onsite days per week with up to three telework days, subject to Government direction. USCP may require up to five onsite days per week. •Conduct and maintain records inventories and support lifecycle-management activities. •Support records transfers, authorized disposition and destruction-list development. •Assist with records-management assessments, compliance reviews and corrective actions. •Develop communications, newsletters, guidance and training materials. •Maintain liaison lists; support meetings, minutes and action tracking. •Prepare records-management reports and dashboards and support related business analysis. Qualifications: •Associate degree. •Strong organization, written communication and attention to detail. •Federal records-management experience. •Records-management training or certification. •This position is contingent upon contract award and final Government approval/requirements.
