Qualifications: •Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution. •Active DoD Secret security clearance. •Foundational understanding of gas turbine thermodynamics, FADEC architecture, engine/airframe integration principles, and general engineering physics. •Operational familiarity with basic systems engineering processes and lifecycle milestones (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR). •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical data, write clear reports, and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams. •Master of degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. •Exposure to DoD acquisition processes or experience supporting a DoD Program Management Office (PMO). •Basic familiarity with military aviation standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-516).
