Required Skills: •Manage the complete lien perfection workflow. •Review incoming case information and documentation for completeness and accuracy. •Initiate the lien perfection process in accordance with established client requirements and internal procedures. •Prepare and issue lien notices, correspondence, requests for documentation, and other required communications. •Obtain and organize supporting documentation necessary to perfect liens. •Communicate with attorneys, insurance carriers, healthcare providers, claims representatives, and other third parties as necessary to obtain required information. •Conduct timely follow-up on outstanding requests and maintain appropriate documentation of all communications. •Track deadlines, responses, documentation, and case status throughout the lien perfection lifecycle. Qualifications: •Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. •1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, healthcare, insurance, claims, or related administrative role. •Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a high volume of matters with competing deadlines. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent research and information-gathering skills. •Demonstrated capacity to review and interpret legal, healthcare, insurance, and financial documentation. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Demonstrated capacity to follow detailed procedures while exercising appropriate judgment when issues arise. Compensation: •$48,100 - $65,000 / year •The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role.
