Required Skills: •Working closely with infrastructure, application, asset management, and ServiceNow teams, you will help ensure configuration data remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with ITIL best practices. •Maintain Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships within the ServiceNow CMDB. •Perform routine audits and validation of configuration data to ensure completeness and accuracy. •Support Change Management activities by evaluating configuration impacts and maintaining baseline documentation. •Assist with discovery, reconciliation, and lifecycle management of enterprise IT assets and configuration records. •Partner cross-functionally with technical teams to document infrastructure, application, and service dependencies. •Monitor CMDB health and recommend improvements to data quality and governance. •Support configuration audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities.
