Required Skills: •Our client is building next-generation recycling technology that turns end-of-life magnets into a domestic source of critical materials, cutting the country's reliance on overseas supply. It's early-stage, well-funded work with real strategic weight behind it. •Actively facilitate and support Scaling of a Mechatronic System •Assist with project execution across all phases, from prototype build to early commercial deployment. •Develop hands-on working knowledge of the company's proprietary machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical assemblies, and PLC-based control systems. •Contribute as a technical team member and problem-solver, supporting system troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations teams. •Learn and support system integration, building an understanding of how mechanical and electrical subsystems interact, including solenoid valves, pneumatic actuators, linear guides, hydraulic pumps and cylinders, sensors, and control logic. •Assist in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of machine issues, participating in hands-on diagnostics, reviewing system data and logs, and coordinating with senior engineers, technicians, or vendors as needed. •Actively facilitate and support transition of prototype systems to commercial-scale deployment, with hands-on involvement in equipment assembly, testing, and system build-out, while assisting with design refinement and validation activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Manufacturing disciplines). •Legally eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
