Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. •3–5 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Shared Services. •Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance principles. •Strong organizational, project coordination, documentation, and process mapping skills. •Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Operational familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. •Exposure to UAT, system testing, or HR system implementations.
