The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic finance and accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. •2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Finance Operations. Required Skills: •Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting. •Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and preparation of management reports. •Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. •Track project-related financials, including revenue, costs, budgets, margins, and profitability. •Assist in monitoring customer billing, invoices, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments. •Interface directly with business and project teams to collect and validate financial information. •Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for management. •Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Qualifications: •Prior experience in an IT services, System Integrator (SI), consulting, technology, or software company. •Exposure to project financials, revenue forecasting, utilization, margins, or profitability analysis. •Operational familiarity with ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms. •Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools would be an advantage. •The ideal candidate is an early-career finance professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and interested in developing a career in finance within a fast-paced technology or IT services environment.
