This role combines data analysis, reporting, position tracking, and day to day coordination responsibilities and requires someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing a large volume of requests and information. •We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. T his role is located at a client site in either Birmingham, AL, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC or Lafayette, LA. A hybrid working model is acceptable. •Your future duties and responsibilities •Coordinate and track a high volume of positions, requests, and related activities through established processes. •Maintain accurate and up to date information across Excel workbooks, SharePoint sites, trackers, and other business tools. •Use advanced Excel functionality to analyze data and create reports, PivotTables, charts, metrics, and management summaries. •Monitor workload, status, aging, volumes, turnaround times, and other key operational metrics. •Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
