Required Skills: •This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ warehouse in the heart of vibrant •, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. •The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. •Work on the independent planning and procurement of materials to support production schedule and customer requirements. •Utilize the ERP system and/or other planning tools to review inventory levels based on requirements and/or historical trends and propose new buys and inventory replenishments. •Create purchase orders, review open orders, track on-time deliveries, expedite with suppliers and/or escalate any critical paths with management. •Liaise with the Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Engineering and Sales teams to support requirements and avoid line-down and missed shipments. •Support Warehouse Clerks to maintain accurate inventory counts, help with cycle counts and with consigned kits. Qualifications: •High School Diploma/GED. •Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP’s, subtotals, macros, etc.) •Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts. •All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test. •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Detailed oriented, able to work independently, and multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work well with all levels of the organization. •The pay range is NOT a guarantee.
