Required Skills: •Leidos is seeking a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams for future work on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) ACSS contract •. In this role, you will work within a Scaled Agile software development organization to help teams plan and execute sprint and Continuous Flow/Kanban activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress and dependencies, and support continuous improvement. •Actively facilitate and support team in executing Continuous Flow/Kanban or planned sprint activities. •Facilitate team Agile ceremonies, including Refinements/Sprint Planning, Daily Boardwalks/Standups, Retrospectives, and Reviews/Demos. •Track basic team metrics and delivery data to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement. •Help identify and resolve team impediments, escalating more complex issues involving dependencies, development, builds, operational support, or processes as needed. •Track and communicate team status, risks, dependencies, sprint progress, and availability to appropriate team and program stakeholders. •Interface directly with technical team members throughout the software development life cycle by helping coordinate development, documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and delivery activities. Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, security concepts, and cloud environments. •Understanding of software development principles, practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). •Operational familiarity with DevSecOps principles, processes, and tooling. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams. •Knowledge of or experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Codex etc.). •Knowledge of or experience with microservices and cloud-based environments. •Knowledge of or experience with Terraform / Ansible. •Knowledge of or experience with Cloud Certifications. •Knowledge of or experience with Operations Experience. •Advanced SAFe 6 or AI-Native SAFe certifications.
