Hiring: JR NETWORK ENGINEER Company: Amentum Location: Waimea, HI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 12:34:03 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : C, Configuration Management, RHEL, SCA, Security Clearance, Top Secret Clearance, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Execute Junior Network Engineering for the Range Networks, IT Department. •Selectively operate, maintain, and configure PMRF network hardware, associated on classified and unclassified network equipment, to include routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, IPS, and other linked technological infrastructure. •Assist in daily review of audits logs, supporting resolution of event diagnosis data. •Address routine network-centric Cyber Security scanning and configuration requirements. •Practices routine Cyber Security related tasks/requirements utilizing the following tools: Eye Retina, DISA STIGS, SCAP, SRR scripts, and/or Nessus. •Under guidance, maintain 100% network device compliance with DoD directed IAVM program(s). •Participate in successful RMF C&A Package submissions under the guidance of supervisor and/or senior members. •Assist in preparation of status reports, technical reports, procedures (operational and maintenance) to Management and Customers.
