Required Skills: •Provide hands-on support for enterprise server and virtualization environments across distributed infrastructure platforms. •Plan, build, deploy, and maintain systems across Windows, Linux/Unix, and virtualized environments, including Hyper V clusters and Wintel platforms. •Execute system provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management activities to ensure stable and secure operations. •Monitor system performance, availability, and health, identifying and resolving issues to maintain continuous operations. •Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting, break-fix support, and service restoration across infrastructure components. •Support virtualization operations, including VM provisioning, image building, and management using tools such as SCCM and related platforms. •Assist with system migrations across data centers, on-premises environments, and cloud platforms while minimizing disruption. •Coordinate with security, network, and operations teams to maintain compliance and protect system integrity.
