Hiring: Joint Deficiency Reporting and Investigating System (JDRIS) Lead Company: Air Force Civilian Service Location: Arlington, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 15:16:15 Target Skills & Keywords : Configuration Management, Microsoft Excel, Security Clearance, Systems Design, Systems Engineering About the job Experience: •5 years (preferably 10 years) in an engineering or technical position. •5 years (preferably 10 years) in an engineering or technical position •At least 5 years (preferably 10 years) in an engineering or technical position. •At least 5 years (preferably 10 years) in an engineering or technical position Required Skills: •Develop DR-related requirements (SOW) and formal deliverables (CDRLs) as needed to support the F-35 Program’s objectives and milestones. •Develop and/or update DR-related charter/program directives (PD) and Program Instructions (PI) for the JDRIS process. •Provide Systems Engineering rigor in reviewing and assessing all new / potential F-35 DRs for technical soundness, completeness, owner assignment, and readiness to be addressed at a JDRB. •Provide Systems Engineering leadership in ensuring that the appropriate SMEs and/or impacted stakeholders are pre-coordinated in preparation for Joint Deficiency Review Boards (JDRBs) and DR Steering Committee Resource Utilization Boards (DR SCRUBs). •Prepare for the JDRB to include formal board agenda, JDRB invitation and room scheduling, report preparation and briefing material, and the board meeting minutes to include action items. •Prepare for the DR SCRUB to include formal board agenda, SCRUB invitation and room scheduling, report preparation and briefing material, and the board meeting minutes to include action items. •Actively facilitate and support Site Deficiency Review Boards (SDRBs) by providing requested DRs and DR status information and facilitate communication between JPO DR team and Site DR team/leadership. •Lead coordination for development of any new DR-focused IT-infrastructure, software, or DR data management and reporting tools. Qualifications: •Manage and update the DR database (i.e. DR Master File).
