Qualifications: •Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. •Direct experience in cross-border logistics, international transportation, customs operations, trade compliance, or global supply chain management. •Proven project and program management experience leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives. •Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and develop innovative customer solutions. •Proven track record driving growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, or revenue improvement initiatives. •Strong analytical skills including business case development, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI measurement, and performance reporting. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze and interpret data to generate actionable business insights and strategic recommendations. •In-depth knowledge of U.S.-Mexico trade flows, customs processes, border operations, and international logistics networks. •Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. •Demonstrated ability to work effectively across highly matrixed organizations.
