Hiring: Job Coach (Lead) Company: Infopacity LLC Location: Florida, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:45:31 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Root Cause Analysis, Salesforce About the job Required Skills: •The successful candidate will provide employment counseling and referral services, manage operational reporting and data systems, conduct quality assurance reviews, develop strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations, and support employment-focused events throughout the assigned region. •Monitor regional workload demands and evaluate service volume, case aging, travel requirements, and event activity to ensure balanced resource allocation across assigned regions. •Recommend workload adjustments and operational mitigation strategies to leadership to maintain efficient service delivery. •Analyze program performance data and develop recommendations to improve effectiveness, responsiveness, and customer outcomes. •Generate and maintain required program plans, reports, metrics, and performance documentation, including Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Quarterly Metrics Reports, Year-End Summaries, Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Social Media Plans, and leadership briefings. •Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables, performance standards, and program requirements. •Update and maintain program literature, briefing materials, informational resources, and training content. •Quality Assurance and Performance Management Qualifications: •Identify trends, service gaps, and operational deficiencies through ongoing review and analysis. •Perform root cause analysis, assign corrective actions, monitor implementation, and verify sustained improvement through follow-up assessments. •Analyze team performance metrics and develop improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and customer service. •Team Leadership and Training •Facilitate bi-weekly team conference calls to communicate program updates, share best practices, and provide ongoing professional development and training. •Support staff development initiatives to ensure a high standard of customer service and program execution. •Participate in program meetings, family support programs, and individual case discussions while providing current information regarding schedules, events, and services. •Employment Services and Client Support •Provide employment assistance to National Guard Soldiers and Airmen, Reserve Component members, veterans, military spouses, and dependents, with priority support provided to National Guard personnel. •Assess client employment needs and assist with career planning, job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and employment readiness.
