Required Skills: •The Jira Platform Engineer will serve as the technical lead of our Jira instance within Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC) and is responsible for administering, configuring, and integrating the application within our enterprise technology ecosystem. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •3+ years of hands-on experience administering and/or engineering Jira (Self-hosting or SaaS). •Proven, hands-on experience developing custom integrations with enterprise platforms, especially GitLab and ServiceNow. •Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript) and REST API integration. •In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevSecOps principles. •Operational familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence, Bitbucket, Atlassian Government Cloud) and marketplace apps. •Federal government experience is preferred. •Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-620, ACP-120, or equivalent) preferred. •To apply for the Jira Administrator role, please submit your resume to ashaikh@citi-us.com. •Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
