Required Skills: •Responsibilities: •Design, develop, and maintain business rules using Java-based rules engines. •Develop and integrate rules engine solutions with enterprise applications and microservices. •Translate business requirements into clear, testable, and reusable rules. •Implement decision tables, rule flows, rule templates, and rule-based workflows. •Develop REST APIs and services for rules execution and decision management. •Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA engineers, and development teams. •Analyse existing business logic and recommend opportunities for rule automation and optimization. •Ensure rules are version-controlled, traceable, auditable, and maintainable. •Write unit, integration, and regression tests for rules and Java applications. •Troubleshoot rule execution, application, integration, and production issues. •Monitor and optimize rules engine performance, scalability, and reliability. •Support deployment of rules applications across development, testing, and production environments. •Maintain technical documentation, rule specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides. •Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
