Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively work with other team members. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality of information. •Demonstrated capacity to work a flexible schedule. •Pass and maintain any required security clearance requirement •Comply with Drug Free Workplace policy. •Must be able to climb a step ladder, use floor burnisher, and communicate effectively with customers. •Detail oriented and basic organizational skills. •This position performs all manner of commercial janitorial operations and directly reports to the Project Manager •High school education or GED.
