Required Skills: •Operate multiple imaging benches concurrently to meet daily production targets of up to 300 devices. •Perform basic troubleshooting when an image fails and escalate unresolved issues to the Imaging Lead. •Conduct initial technical evaluation of returned devices, including visual inspection, power-on testing, and BIOS verification. •Review device records and warranty status to determine whether a device is suitable for refurbishment or excess. •Perform component-level repair, coordinate OEM warranty repairs, and escalate repair issues to the Federal Team Lead. •Image refurbished devices for redeployment in accordance with established processes and procedures. •Kit devices by assembling power cords, docking stations, keyboards, and mice into ready-to-ship packages. •Update asset status, location, configuration, and warranty information for serialized assets in the ITSM and asset management systems within two business days. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in information technology or a related field preferred. •Demonstrated experience deploying Microsoft Windows operating systems to laptops, desktops, or tablets at volume. •Solid functional working knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and BIOS-level configuration. •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, bend, lift, sit, and walk for extended periods and to lift and carry material up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to work full time on site in Beltsville, MD, including coverage of the mandatory 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM receiving window. •Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. •CompTIA A+ certification or an equivalent hardware certification.
