Required Skills: •TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced •For a full-time remote role. •This is a senior technical position responsible for resolving complex escalations, supporting critical infrastructure, and leading projects across network, server, cloud, and endpoint environments. •Network engineering and advanced infrastructure troubleshooting •. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently across multiple client environments, leading technical projects, communicating directly with clients, and mentoring junior technicians. •Serve as a senior escalation point for complex network, server, cloud, and endpoint issues. •Diagnose and resolve advanced networking, connectivity, firewall, VPN, wireless, and performance problems. •Design, configure, implement, and optimize business-class network infrastructure.
