Required Skills: •Provide day-to-day technical support for internal desktop hardware and software systems, as well as network, basic server, and storage infrastructure supporting more than 600 users. •Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11 operating systems, workstations, smartphones, and network equipment within a heterogeneous environment. •Operate and maintain the company’s internal data communication systems across multiple platforms and protocols, including VoIP technologies. •Manage user and computer objects within Active Directory. •Perform Windows imaging for both break-fix scenarios and deployment of new computer equipment. •Analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems, database applications, and utility software. •Provide support and troubleshooting for basic Unix/Linux requests and issues. •Assist the Information Services Support Manager in standardizing organizational processes, procedures, and policies.
